3. Payment Methods

Payments for subscriptions are processed exclusively through Stripe, a secure and reliable payment gateway. To subscribe, users must provide a valid debit card during the checkout process.

  • Payments are charged in advance for the selected subscription period.

  • The user is responsible for ensuring that their payment details are up to date to prevent service interruptions.

  • If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or other reasons, access to subscription benefits may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Leon Alonso reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time. Users will be notified of any changes that may affect their payment options.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscribers can choose whether to enable automatic renewal or manually renew their subscription at the end of each billing period.

  • Automatic Renewal: If enabled, the subscription will be renewed automatically using the stored payment method. Users can disable automatic renewal at any time in their account settings.

  • Manual Renewal: If the user opts out of automatic renewal, they must manually renew their subscription before the expiration date to continue enjoying premium benefits.

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the profile settings on the platform. Upon cancellation:

  • The user will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.

  • No further charges will be made unless the user chooses to resubscribe.

5. Refund Policy

  • If the refund request is made after 24 hours, a progressive deduction of 25% per day will be applied.

  • Lifetime Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for lifetime subscriptions. By purchasing this plan, the user acknowledges and accepts that the payment is final and non-refundable.

Refunds must be requested through the customer support section on our official website. Refund processing times may vary, but generally, refunds are issued within 5-10 business days, depending on the policies of the user’s bank or payment provider.
